Dates: November 6th through the 9th 2008 We would like to thank everyone who submitted to the 61st Annual Ozark Folk Festival Songwriter Contest. With so many wonderful submissions our judges had a difficult job of picking just 6 finalists. The finals for the Songwriter Contest will be held Saturday November 8th from 10:00am until Noon in Basin Spring Park, weather permitting. (The alternative showplace is the City Auditorium.)
